People have searched for God for thousands of years.

In churches.

In temples.

On mountaintops.

In meditation.

In silence.

In books.

In teachers.

As if God were hiding somewhere, waiting to be found.

But what if the search itself is the only thing standing in the way?

When someone asks, “Where is God?” the answer is surprisingly simple:

God is everywhere.

In you.

In me.

In every tree.

In every bird.

In every star.

In every person you have ever loved…..

and every person you have struggled to love.

There is nowhere God is not.

If God is infinite, there cannot be a place where God ends and something else begins.

We often imagine ourselves as separate beings trying to reconnect with God. Yet perhaps it is more like a fish searching for the ocean. It can search forever without realizing it has never been outside the water.

The same may be true for us.

We are so surrounded by God that we overlook the obvious.

Not because God is hidden…..but because God is all there is.

Even what we call separation appears within that same infinite Awareness.

Nothing exists outside of It.

You don’t have to travel anywhere…to become more spiritual….you don’t even have to find God within yourself….because you are God.

The wave does not have to discover the ocean.

It only has to stop imagining it is something else.

Perhaps awakening is not discovering God.

Perhaps awakening is simply noticing that there has never been anything but God.

And maybe that is why peace feels so familiar. It is what remains when the search finally becomes quiet.

Without God, nothing could exist. Not even the dream. The forms may come and go, but the Life that appears as every form never comes and never goes.

With love and light,

G.
