We live in a time where the unthinkable suddenly becomes thinkable.
Words like extraterrestrial, multidimensional, and frequency are no longer just found in sci-fi movies, but in quiet heart-conversations between people who feel:
Something is happening. And I want to be part of it.
More and more often, images, messages, and soul-memories emerge of beings connected to star civilizations like the Pleiadians, Arcturians, Andromedans, Sirians, and others.
Not invasions.
Not fear.
But gentle invitations that whisper:
“Remember who you are. You are Light. You are One. And you are not alone.”
I think that saying “extraterrestrial” doesn’t really fit anymore
The word extraterrestrial suggests there’s something outside of us. But those who study A Course in Miracles know:
There is nothing outside the mind.
Everything we perceive is a projection of our inner state, a dream, yes, but a dream filled with chances to remember who we truly are.
So perhaps it’s time we rename these “aliens.”
How about:
…..Cosmic consciousness
…..Multidimensional allies
…..Or simply: Friends of the Light
Because if Earth is a projection of the mind, and these beings are now appearing in our dream, that must mean we’re ready to meet them, not as strangers, but as forgotten aspects of our greater Self.

They’ve been known to us for millennia
The Pleiadians are mentioned in ancient Egyptian mythology (the ‘Seven Sisters’), among the Mayans, the Aboriginal people, and even in the Bible:
“Can you bind the chains of the Pleiades?” (Job 38:31)
Arcturians are seen in esoteric circles as soul-healers and stewards of planetary ascension. They are said to communicate through dreams, energetic fields, telepathy, and gentle heart-activation.
But if we look closely, we’ll see: these are all symbols.
Just as Jesus in the Course says, “I am a symbol of the Divine Self,” these beings are not literal saviors flying spaceships…they are projections of our inner readiness to receive higher frequencies of Love.

So what do they actually want from us?
Just one thing: Remembrance.
They invite us to listen again to the quiet knowing within.
To look beyond the illusion of separation.
To leave behind the voice of fear and choose again the Voice of Love.
As A Course in Miracles puts it:
“The memory of God comes to the quiet mind who does not judge.”
Once we stop seeing the body as a limit, and start using it as a communication tool for Light, these higher frequencies begin to appear effortlessly.
Contact with them is not science fiction, it’s a natural result of spiritual awakening.

How do we raise our frequency to meet them?
Good news: You don’t need a UFO course or 384-step lightbody activation.
Raising your frequency is not complicated… it’s a choice.
A choice for love. A choice for forgiveness. A choice for peace.
Here are seven gentle ways to align:
1.Forgiveness is the key
The Course teaches: Forgiveness opens the gate to Heaven.
When we release guilt, shame, and judgment, our frequency naturally rises.
2.Listen to your heart
Not just with words… with resonance. When something feels true, trust that. It’s your inner knowing remembering.
3.Daily alignment
Meditation, stillness, walking in nature, moments of awe… anything that returns you to the Now will lift your vibration.
4.Be honest about fear
You don’t have to hide it. Simply look at fear and bring it to the light of love. That alone transforms it.
5.Practice connection
Star beings speak through connection…not language. Love is their native tongue. So practice it here and now: in your relationships, in kindness, in gentleness.
6.Use your imagination as a bridge
Your mind is a powerful receiver. Don’t dismiss your inner visions…welcome them. The Universe speaks in symbols.
7.Let mystery be mystery
You don’t have to understand everything. Awakening is not an IQ test. It’s a surrender to the Light within.

And then… what happens?
Your world begins to shift.
Not because you get a Pleiadian passport,
but because you start seeing through different eyes.
Eyes that remember.
Maybe you’ll dream of a star being reaching for your hand.
Maybe a sentence appears in your mind that softens your heart.
Maybe you’ll simply know: I am loved. I am guided. I am never alone.

A gentle truth to close with:
We don’t need to travel to the stars.
We are the stars…temporarily dancing in human form.
And now we are being invited to remember that Light,
to radiate it,
and to share it.
As the Course says:
“Light and joy and peace abide in me.”
(Lesson 93)
So next time you see a sparkly video of a blue-eyed Pleiadian on your social feed…
Smile.
Not because it’s strange…but because something in you remembers:
“I am Home.
In myself.
And the Universe smiles back.”
