What if you are much more important than you think?

Sometimes life can feel pretty…small, right?

You are just one of over 8 billion people on this planet. You go to work, you try to conquer the endless mountain of laundry, you scroll on your phone for a bit…and somewhere inside, a quiet voice might whisper: “I’m just a drop in the ocean. I’m not that special. Does anything I do really matter?”

Today, I want to share a thought with you that gently turns that old belief upside down:

Your presence here is essential. Not just nice to have, not optional, but truly indispensable to the whole.

We all have that inner voice that tries to keep us small. It tells you that you are replaceable, that you’ve made too many mistakes, or that “changing the world” is something only billionaires, saints, or people with millions of followers can do.

But why does that voice speak like that?

Because if you truly realized how deeply loved, innocent, and needed you are, you would never let fear guide you again.

Here is the good news: your “great purpose” in this world is probably very different from what you imagine. You don’t have to climb Mount Everest or bring world peace all by yourself (although you’re very welcome to try ).

Your essential role is actually beautifully simple:

Choosing inner peace. Choosing joy.

We are all connected. You could see it as a giant, living puzzle. If you hold yourself back, your unique piece is missing, and the picture remains incomplete. But the moment you choose peace, whether that’s by not reacting in anger in traffic, stepping out of a bitter online discussion, or gently forgiving yourself for something in the past, you are not just helping yourself.

Something shifts.

Your peace is quietly shared. Your joy is not selfish; it is a gift. It radiates, softly and naturally, and says without words: You are safe. You are seen.

You are loved.
