Somtimes we think: the world today is a complete mess!

But let me say something very down to earth:

the world has always been chaotic. Wars, (some lasted even 80 years) abuse of power, collapsing systems, human fear.

Only…before, we did not see it all at once, in our palm, 24 hours a day.

Today everything comes to the surface at once. Everything is shared. Everything is magnified. It feels as if all of humanity is connected to one collective nervous system.

But there is something even more subtle…

When consciousness grows, what is not aligned becomes more visible.

Not because it gets worse, but because it can no longer remain hidden.

Think of a room where the light slowly turns on.

Dust particles begin to dance. Stains become visible.

Did the dust just arrive? No.

It became visible.

Chaos often feels like collapse. But collapse is also exposure.

Systems that are built on fear, control, separation, they cannot remain stable when people become less afraid. When people begin to question authority from outside. When they become more inwardly awake.

The ego loves stability, but only as long as it retains control.

When that control wavers, turbulence arises. And then it feels as if everything is getting worse.

But look a little deeper : What you are seeing are extremes, but you can see through these extremes…you can see the manipulations, you can observe when the ego is in full action. And that is clarity !

Chaos literally means: “without fixed form.”

Perhaps the world is not in total chaos, but maybe only an old form, and when an old form dissolves, that does not feel serene, it feels unstable.

And now comes the most important part…..

The world reflects a collective inner state.

When people on a large scale are confronted with fear, control, lies, manipulation, there comes a moment when it can no longer remain unconscious. That moment feels like crisis, but crisis also means: moment of decision.

From an ACIM perspective, this is not the victory of darkness.

It is the ego’s ultimate attempt to keep itself taken seriously.

For the ego becomes loud when it feels threatened.

So the question is not: why is it so chaotic? The question is: what happens when I do not move along with that chaos?

For here lies the point. If I say: “This is a cry for love.” Then I shift the meaning.

So not denying, not minimizing, but reinterpreting.

The Course does not say that the world becomes more beautiful. It says that your way of seeing changes. And when enough people see differently, the experience of the world changes.

So perhaps we are not in “complete chaos”, but in exposure.

And exposure rarely feels comfortable.

But remember this:

Chaos on the screen does not mean chaos in the Consciousness that perceives it.

And you are that Consciousness.

The storm may be loud. But the sky itself is not torn apart.

Remain in that sky.

With love and light,

G.
