How can I truly love another if I don’t love myself?

That’s the question that lives quietly behind every search for love.

Let’ start with ‘Real Love’, RealLove isn’t an emotion that comes and goes.

It’s not praise, romance, or even kindness.

It’s the quiet recognition of Oneness…that moment when you feel a

shiver of truth, a deep calm, or a sudden, unstoppable giggle for nothing.

It’s the Light in you seeing Itself in someone else.

We all long for that feeling of Home, yet most of the time we look for it outside ourselves.

We try to earn love by being or looking better, nicer, more successful, more spiritual.

But Love cannot be earned, because it was never lost.

According to A Course in Miracles, Self-love is not about admiring your reflection; it’s about remembering Who you are.

It’s not saying, “I am better than you,” but realizing, “I am one with you.”

The first compares, the second connects.

When you love yourself, you don’t inflate…you dissolve.

You stop demanding that the world fills your cup, and you notice it’s already overflowing.

And from that quiet fullness, loving another becomes effortless, not a need, but a natural extension of Being.

So the next time you feel a spark of joy, a wave of peace, or a laugh rising for no reason,…..stay there for a moment.

That’s Love recognizing Itself.

A whisper:

Be still, my heart,

you don’t need to seek.

The Love you give

is the Love you keep.

With love and light,
