Is it necessary to share what we learn?

Sometimes I ask myself a simple question: Is it really necessary

to share what I write?

The honest answer is: no.

Heaven does not give extra points for Facebook posts. There is no

spiritual scoreboard where the angels say:

Oh look, she shared something again, give her two gold stars!⭐️⭐️

And yet… I share. So why do I do it?

If I look quietly within, the answer is simple:

Whenever I feel clarity in my heart, a moment where a line from the Course lights up my mind, I feel a natural impulse to pass it on. Not because someone needs it, but because something in me enjoys the movement of giving. It’s like discovering a beautiful view and saying to the friend next to you: “Look, see what I see!”

Sharing, for me, is an extention of joy, not a duty or to play the know-it-all!

Teaching and learning are really one dance. Every time we speak from the heart, we hear it ourselves… and suddenly we understand it a little better.

And truth?

Truth doesn’t need applause, agreement, or a fan club.

It only asks for one thing: our willingness to let it flow, to let it be extended… even if that happens through a Facebook post written in pygama.

So when I write something, I’m not trying to replace someone’s personal experience. I’m simply offering my own. It is not the Truth; it is MY way of walking toward it.

Someone may say: “People should discover ACIM on their own. You are chewing it for them.”

But is that really how we learn?

Think of any subject you want to learn, to understand, or to experience.

What do you do?

You read books from different authors, listen to different teachers, watch videos, go to retraites, ask questions, search on internet, gather breadcrumbs from different voices.

Not because they walk the path for you, but because they help you notice the next step.

Even the Course itself says that the Holy Spirit uses every relationship, every encounter, and every situation for learning. So why would He suddenly exclude the words of our brothers and sisters? Why would we ignore the light that shines through them, simply because it isn’t “purely our own discovery”?

I could read the Course a thousand times and still miss the simplest line, until someone else says exactly the right thing, at the right moment, in the right tone.

And suddenly, it lands.

That’s the miracle of joining.

So no, we don’t need to share.

And yes, people must walk their own path.

But offering what we’ve understood…with humility, humor, and love..can make the path less foggy for someone who is also trying to remember Who they are.

Sometimes one sentence is enough.

Sometimes it’s the reminder that lifts someone out of fear, even if only for one breath.

The Course says that to teach is to demonstrate.

When we share in a spirit of kindness, we demonstrate that the Light in us wants to extend.

That is all.

And if someone resonates with what we write, we smile…not because we were “right,” but becuase Truth recognized Itself.

In the end, we are all students, all teachers, all mirrors.

Learning together is not a shortcut; it is the curriculum.

So is it necessary?

No.

But is it beautiful?

Absolutely.

And if even one heart feels a little lighter because of something I shared, then the giving for me was already perfect… because it came from love.

With love and light,

G.
