So here we are.
Another day, another ……drama?
But what if I told you that our own anxious thoughts about the future are all just a cry for love?
Yes, even that one you have in mind right now!
Because even when something looks like madness, hate, or cruelty… what we are actually witnessing is a projection of fear. Fear in disguise. Fear dressed up in costumes like anger, sickness, arrogance, war, or control.
And fear is never the truth — it’s just a very loud misunderstanding.
Let’s take the shouting in the world today: about war, identity, control, division.
Russia, Ukraine, Gaza, AI panic, climate fear — these are not just geopolitical crises, they are collective dreams, scenes created by a mind that forgot it was love. The mind got scared, and like a child in the dark, it started lashing out at shadows. And then built tanks around those shadows.
The Course says: Every brother you meet becomes a mirror for your thoughts.
So what if the person we see yelling at the world is actually helping us see where we still believe in separation?
What if the sick, the hateful, the manipulative, the terrified… are all just different masks of the same actor: fear?
And what if we stopped reacting — and started remembering?
What do we do?
Do we judge back?
No.
Do we run away into denial?
Also no.
We stay…..We see…..We remember: “I could see peace instead of this.”
(L. 34)
And we ask:
“Holy Spirit, show me the truth here. Let me see with Love’s eyes.”
Suddenly, the protestor becomes a lost child.
The dictator, a brother who forgot his heart.
The disease, a belief in weakness.
The criticism, a call for help.
This doesn’t mean we agree with destructive behavior — it just means we choose to see beyond it. We refuse to join in the fear-fest. We put on our Love Glasses and say: “Okay, this looks wild — but I know what’s really going on here.
So if someone yells at you today — smile gently and think: Ah. A part of me still believes in fear. Thank you for showing me. You’ve just become my holy mirror. And no offense, but… you’re kinda noisy about it.” And then bless them.
Everyone is secretly on the same journey: from fear to love, from ego to essence, from illusion to truth.
The only sane response now, in a world seemingly on fire, is to become the water.
Pour love on fear.
Pour clarity on confusion.
Pour softness on hardness.
And yes… even when someone is being absolutely intolerable, just remember:
Love holds no grievances.” (Les 68)
Love is revolutionary.
Love is resistance to fear.
Love is how we remember who we are.
Now go be a gentle warrior today.
The world needs your eyes.
With love and light,
G.
