For those interested, I will place the three posts all together, on our website nullity.nl.
I didn’t know this incredible person, but thanks to Frank Noronha, a dear FB friend, I start to understand him just a little bid.
In the earlier post about illusion, Frank added a fascinating comment, describing what U.G. might have said if he had read my article.
———-
From Frank:
I was wondering what would UG have said if I exposed him to this Gonny’s post. Here’s how he might express:
<<< There is no ‘within’ to ask anything.”
You want proof? Proof of what? That you exist?
The one asking for proof IS the illusion. The questioner, the question, and the answer – all part of the same racket. You are running in circles, measuring the circumference of zero.
“I think, therefore I am”? Rubbish. Thinking is just noise. A biological computer chattering to itself. You have created this phantom called “me” and now you want God to rubber-stamp it.
There is no God. There is no you. There is no separation to overcome because there was never any connection to begin with.
You can’t separate from something you never were joined to.
All this talk about illusion and reality, duality and oneness is nothing but hogwash …more phoney games. The mind playing with itself. You are asking the prison to prove the prison exists so you can feel better about escaping it.
Stop. Just stop.
There’s nothing to understand. Nothing to realize. Nothing to awaken to.
The body functions. Thoughts come and go. That’s it. No entity behind it pulling strings. No “Son of God” waiting to remember itself. Just this – suchness – without your commentary, without your spiritual scaffolding, without YOU.
The gap you’re talking about? You invented it by asking about it.
Drop the whole thing. Not as a practice….just drop it.
What remains? Not even silence. Just… this.
And you won’t even be there to know it.
UG would strip away all the spiritual comfort, all the promise of peace, and leave nothing….not even the “nothing” you G speaks of so gently.>>>

From Gonny:
Inspired by these words of U.G. I would like to try to translate these words into the language of A Course in Miracles because hopefully the Truth will shine.
HS help me to let it shine.
Here is what I think ACIM would say :
<< There is no within and no without in Reality, for All is One.
The very moment a question arises, the dream of twoness begins, the sense that there’s a “me” and “something else” to ask.
But Love asks nothing, because It already knows.
The mind keeps searching for proof, as if Existence itself could be doubted.
What needs no proof is what we already are : God’s own Thought, forever alive in His Mind.
The seeker who asks “Am I real?” is the ego itself, spinning in circles, pretending it’s going somewhere.
The Holy Spirit does not answer the question; He simply shows that it was never needed.
When you stop chasing answers, stillness opens and in that stillness, Truth is remembered.
The ego’s game is to measure nothingness, to draw borders around zero and call it the world.
We gave the circle of emptiness a beginning and an end and forgot the center, where peace quietly shines.
Worldly thinking is just that, a mind echoing its own noise.
True Thought, the kind that creates instead of reacts, comes only from the Mind of God.
The “me” we think we are, the one who tries so hard to be spiritual, successful, or safe…is just a costume, a little image made to be loved and approved, even by God.
But God knows only His own Creation, and that Self never needed improvement.
The ego made its own gods and its own versions of “you.”
Beyond both illusions shines what is Real: the Self untouched by dreams, the quiet Presence of pure Being.
You never truly left that Being …you only believed you did.
Separation was never an event, only an idea.
And even that idea has already been undone.
Words can never capture this, yet they sometimes serve as stepping
stones, bridging the noise of thought to the silence where thought dissolves.
The ego keeps demanding evidence of its own prison walls,
while the Holy Spirit whispers: “The gate was never locked.”
Freedom doesn’t come from understanding but from forgiveness:
the release of the belief that you were ever bound.
There is nothing to figure out, only something to remember.
And what you remember needs no proof.
“Be still, and know.”
The body we see is neutral: a classroom, not the students.
We are not the body; we are the awareness that watches it move,
unchanged, unbound, unhurt.
The Son of God is still as God created Him.
The Self isn’t waiting to awaken…it simply is.
Only the dreamer seems asleep.
Even the gap we fear to cross exists only in belief.
My prayer: let me look at the gap with Love, so it can vanishes like mist in sunlight. Let me lay it all down…not with struggle, not with effort, but with
WILLINGNESS …And let the Holy Spirit lift it gently from my mind,
until all that remains is what was never lost.
With love and light,
G.
